Bespoke Stationery Options
The Invitation
Your invitation and save the dates set the tone for your whole wedding, and it’s the part of the process where all the fun starts!
The Day-Of-Details
Transfer your beautiful stationery design details across table plans, menus, namecards, gifts for your bridal party, signage and more.
When should you order your stationery?
My bespoke stationery process takes a minimum of 3 months, which means you should always aim to enquire at least 3-4 months before you need to send your save the dates or wedding invitations out.
Save the Dates
I recommend that Save the Dates are sent out around 6 months before, and are enquired about a minimum of 9 months before your wedding. For destination weddings, you should aim to send your save the dates 9-12 months before, and enquire 12-15 months before your wedding.
Wedding Invitations
I advise that wedding invitations are sent out around 3 months before, and enquired about a minimum of 6 months before your wedding. For destination weddings, I recommend that you send invitations a minimum of 4 months, and enquire a minimum of 7 months before your wedding date.

How does the ordering process work?
Research
Whether you have a vision in mind for your stationery, or you’re easy going and would like to be inspired, have a browse through my wedding portfolio, start a wedding board on Pinterest and read through some wedding blogs to get a feel for what you are looking for in your stationery. This will really help you as we go through the consultation phase.
Enquiry & Questionnaire
The next step is to enquire via my bespoke stationery enquiry form. Following your enquiry, I will get in touch and send you a quick online discovery questionnaire. We will then organise a 20 minute consultation, either by phone or email (whichever you prefer). If you’re based around North Yorkshire, I’d love to meet you in person and have a chat over coffee instead!
Consultation
During our consultation, we'll chat about your stationery requirements, budget, colour schemes, wedding themes and more to get a real feel for your wedding vision. We’ll also discuss timeframes and check that your timeline aligns with studio availability.
Custom Quote & Deposit
Following our consultation, I will send you a complimentary moodboard, which features design elements that we have discussed during your consultation, along with a custom quote for your wedding invitation suite. If you decide to go ahead with the process, I require a 50% deposit to begin the design process and to secure your place in the studio schedule.
