A Late Summer Wildflower Wedding at Middleton Lodge

The vision for this invitation suite was a celebration of summer that instantly transports you to warm memories of an English summer and the great outdoors. Imagine yourself in a sunny, warm meadow, running your hands through the long grasses and wild flowers - poppies, daisies and cornflowers.

To create the feeling of a balmy summer afternoon, this invitation suite features a delicate trailing pattern of bespoke watercolour florals that wind around the square invitation card. The floral design features miniature strawberries, poppies, cornflowers, forget-me-nots and daisies, that is continued throughout the invitation suite.

The whimsy of the watercolours is offset by the modern square paper elements. The suite is made up of several pieces, a square RSVP card rests on top of a square invitation, secured together with a die-cut monogrammed tag and delicate cross grain sheer ribbon. The design is finished throughout with a digital foil print finish which glimmers in the sunshine and adds a touch of luxury to the design.

The wedding invitation suite is complemented by day-of stationery items such as name cards, which continue the modern square shape and individual floral posies.
