Laura and Thomas were an absolute dream to work with and such a lovely couple! They had a clear vision of what they wanted their stationery to look like right from the go. Their brief was to incorporate winter florals throughout their stationery suite, with a colour scheme of navy blue, green and white which was inspired by the lovely blue of Thomas’ RAF uniform. With family based in North Yorkshire, they chose the beautiful Yorebridge House for their wedding venue.

Watercolour Floral Classic Elegant White Green Blue Military
To meet their brief, I designed a 6-piece invitation suite, which was built on a standard 4-piece suite, with an additional gift detail and accommodation detail cards. The whole invitation suite was digitally printed on 270gsm white card stock, carefully assembled and secured with a custom-printed 170gsm transclear vellum wrap. We added two additional hand-finishes; a pearlescent white wax seal with a floral design, and a delicate metallic gold twine.
The theme was carried across to their on-the-day stationery, where we incorporated the watercolour floral designs across wedding breakfast menus, table number cards, namecards, a table plan and order of the day signage. Touches of blue velvet ribbon were incorporated throughout the day-of stationery to add a touch of luxury and cosiness to the winter theme.
