Creating

Bespoke, timeless stationery for the modern couple

Hello, I’m Rachel - a graphic designer and stationer, and founder of The Yorkshire Stationery Co.. I work from my beautiful studio in the heart of the North Yorkshire countryside, inspired by a passion for paper, textures and colour.

I work one-to-one with a small number of clients each year, allowing me to really get to know my couples. I love nothing more than listening to your love stories - finding the little something that makes your story unique, and bringing that idea to life through your wedding stationery.

Bespoke Stationery Options

The Invitation

Your invitation and save the dates set the tone for your whole wedding, and it’s the part of the process where all the fun starts!

The Day-Of-Details

Transfer your beautiful stationery design details across table plans, menus, namecards, gifts for your bridal party, signage and more.

The Wedding Weekend

Lovely details for your wedding weekend that make your guests stay extra special. Think pool party signage, itineraries, welcome hampers and more.

How to order

How does the ordering process works?

Research

Whether you have a vision in mind for your stationery, or you’re easy going and would like to be inspired, have a browse through my wedding portfolio, start a wedding board on Pinterest and read through some wedding blogs to get a feel for what you are looking for in your stationery. This will really help you as we go through the consultation phase.

Confused by wedding stationery terminology? I’ve written a helpful, free design guide which will help you understand all the design options available to you.

Enquire & Questionnaire

The next step is to enquire via my bespoke stationery enquiry form. Following your enquiry, I will get in touch and send you a quick online discovery questionnaire. We will then organise a 20 minute consultation, either by phone or email (whichever you prefer). If you’re based around North Yorkshire, I’d love to meet you in person and have a chat over coffee instead!

Ready to start planning your wedding stationery? If you're under time pressure, I offer rush fee options.

Consultation

During our consultation, we'll chat about your stationery requirements, budget, colour schemes, wedding themes and more to get a real feel for your wedding vision. We’ll also discuss timeframes and check that your timeline aligns with studio availability.

There are endless combinations with bespoke stationery, but getting a feel for what you like prior to our consultation will massively help. Have a browse through my weddings portfolio to get inspired.

Custom Quote & Deposit

Following our consultation, I will send you a complimentary moodboard, which features design elements that we have discussed during your consultation, along with a custom quote for your wedding invitation suite. If you decide to go ahead with the process, I require a 50% deposit to begin the design process and to secure your place in the studio schedule.
